37th District Court
This court has divisions in Warren and Center Line. Misdemeanor cases, city ordinance cases, and traffic violations are handled at this court, as are arraignments, bail hearings, and preliminary examinations for cases involving felonies. This court’s address is 8300 Common Rd, Warren, MI 48093.
39th District Court
This court serves both Roseville and Fraser, MI. Court hearings for both areas are held in Roseville at 29733 Gratiot, Roseville, MI 48066. The court's Criminal division handles misdemeanors cases, the beginning stages of felony cases, traffic violations, and probation.
40th District Court
The 40th District Court serves the community of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. It is located at 27701 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081.
41st District Court
This includes the 41-A District Court in Shelby Township and the 41-B District Court in Clinton Township. 42nd District Court
This court has two divisions: Division I in Romeo and Division II in New Baltimore. These courts serve various communities throughout Macomb County, Michigan. 43rd District Court
The three divisions of this court are in Ferndale, Hazel Park, and Madison Heights. The court presides over criminal misdemeanor cases (for adults only), civil infractions, and traffic violations.
44th District Court
This court serves Royal Oak, Michigan. This court, which has a criminal division and a probation division, is responsible for maintaining records on local criminal cases. It is located at 400 East 11 Mile Rd., Royal Oak, MI 48067.
45A District Court
Serving the city of Berkley, this court handles bench trials, jury trials, and sentencing for misdemeanor cases. It also handles arraignments and preliminary examinations for felony cases. The court's address is 3338 Coolidge Highway, Berkley, MI 48072.
45B District Court
This court serves Royal Oak, Huntington Woods, Oak Park, and Pleasant Ridge. Along with hearing misdemeanor cases, it can also do the following for felony cases: conduct arraignments, set or accept bail, and conduct preliminary examinations. The court additionally deals with traffic violations. This court is located at 13600 Oak Park Blvd, Oak Park, MI 48237.
46th District Court
The address for this court is 26000 Evergreen Rd., Southfield, MI 48076. This court is responsible for maintaining records on misdemeanor and felony cases (which involves processing, scheduling, and noticing the cases). The court also deals with civil infractions and probation violations.
47th District Court
This district court serves as a limited jurisdiction court in Farmington and Farmington Hills, MI. The types of cases handled here are misdemeanors, traffic violations, and civil infractions. 48th District Court

50th District Court
This court is located at 70 N. Saginaw, Pontiac, MI 48342. It can handle cases involving state misdemeanors and violations of city ordinances. For felony cases, the court is limited to handling preliminary examinations. The 50th District Court also has a Probation Department.
51st District Court
When it comes to criminal cases, this court only handles the processing of misdemeanor and felony cases. The court, which serves Waterford, also processes traffic citations and handles probation matters. The court processes about 20,000 to 25,000 cases each year. It is located at 5100 Civic Center Dr, Waterford Township, MI 48329.
52nd District Court
The 52nd District Court is divided into four parts: the 52-1 District Court (Novi), the 52-2 District Court (Clarkston), 52-3 District Court (Rochester Hills), and 52-4 District Court (Troy).
